Great week spent in Jamaica. Lousy internet service and no cell phone service with Verizon. Itching to get back to trading on Monday.
Thoughts on Jamaica:
- Extremely poor country, when I hear the American media or politician complain about America it makes you wonder how clueless one can be. We have it so good here in the USA.
- The beer and soda just dont compare well to the American beer and soda. While it can be the same brand the taste is just not same there.
- Beautiful Beaches
- The people are very polite and patient and love Americans.
- The fresh fruit is sooo good
- Wear a seat belt at all times, the roads are rough and the drivers fly in and out of their lanes.
- Go see the Luminous Lagoon - amazing
- 16% sales tax, yes my thoughts where WOW
- When someone offers you Bob Marley, its not what you think
- No AC in the airport but very helpful in getting you to where you need to go (unlike in the states)
Away for the week on vacation - internet service is not great here so will not being doing any trading. Will still be checking email and post.
